Defines QR Code: the three corner finder patterns, alignment patterns, format and version information, Reed-Solomon error correction at four levels (L/M/Q/H), the eight data mask patterns, and the four encoding modes (numeric / alphanumeric / byte / Kanji). The Annex covers Micro QR Code.
Why it matters for RFID
QR Code is the most-recognised 2D barcode in the world. GS1 Digital Link uses QR to combine consumer-facing URLs with GS1-encoded product identity in a single symbol.
